Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking a client support specialist in Sydney to assist forex traders. You will manage account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and respond to inquiries across live chat, email, and phone, while working autonomously and delivering a high level of service.

The role offers full training and a chance to start with a reputable broker in a fast-growing market. Prior MT4 and Forex familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Polished communication and professional phone manner.
• Ability to work autonomously with a hardworking attitude.
• Understanding of financial markets, especially forex/CFD trading.
• Experience with MT4 and MetaQuotes apps.
• Multilingual abilities are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Follow client account opening processes.
• Process deposits and withdrawals promptly.
• Handle live chat, email, and phone inquiries.
• Answer inbound calls and direct to correct team.
• Full training will be provided.

• Following our account opening processes.
• Processing clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure that they are made and received in a timely manner.
• Manage the answering of customer support queries on the website's live chat, email and the phone.
• Answering any inbound phone calls and directing the query correctly.
• Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
• We want a driven, personable applicant who understands forex, looking to get their start with a reputable broker or simply trying to avoid the 9-5.
