Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking a customer support professional with a strong forex background to handle deposits/withdrawals and client inquiries across live chat, email and phone. Experience with MT4 and MetaQuotes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• This is a shifting schedule position and you must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Follow our account opening processes.
• Process clients' deposits and withdrawals promptly.
• Manage customer support queries via live chat, email and phone.
• Answer inbound calls and direct queries appropriately.
• Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
• Seek to start a career with a reputable broker in forex, avoiding the 9-5 grind.

• Processing clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure that they are made and received in a timely manner.
• Manage the answering of customer support queries on the website's live chat, email and the phone.
• Answering any inbound phone calls and directing the query correctly.
• Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
