Job summary

ACSO's Forensic Case Worker – Group Facilitator role is based at Townsville Correctional Centre. You will provide pre-release support to men in custody and lead group sessions to prepare them for release, coordinating referrals for accommodation, ID, and supports.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field or significant experience.
• Ability to facilitate information sessions in a group setting is essential.
• Experience using PC-based office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and advocate effectively.

Responsibilities
