Job summary

Veracity Talent Solutions Pty represents a boutique Luxury Residential builder delivering architecturally designed renovations and new builds across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Lower North Shore, with projects valued up to $15M. A high-profile Tamarama project valued at $8M is available and will require leadership on site.

The Site Foreman will read plans, supervise carpenters and subcontractors, coordinate with the PM and Director, ensure accurate site set-outs, and drive the work

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Foreman on Luxury projects over $5M.
• Experience on high-end Luxury renovations or New Built projects.
• Able to run projects from excavation to handover and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and drawings to ensure work matches specifications.
• Supervise Carpenters and other subcontractors on site.
• Liaise with Construction Manager, Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders.
• Perform accurate site set-outs and align with project program.
• Follow the program to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Our client is boutique Luxury Residential builder who have a strong pipeline of work. They build Architecturally designed Luxury high-end Residential projects around the Eastern suburbs, Inner West and Lower North Shore valued up to $15M.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Foreman to join this successful team and work on a high-end Luxury Residential project in Tamarama valued at $8M. You will be working on a very challenging and complex renovation with tight access. Working closely with the Project Manager and Director, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
• Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
• Liaising with Construction Manager, Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
• Accurate Site set-outs
• Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work

Your Profile

To be successful you will need to have at least 10 years experience as a Foreman working on Luxury projects valued over $5M. It is essential that you have worked on high-end Luxury renovations or New Built projects and are experienced on running projects from excavation stage, structure and all the way to Finishing and handover.
