Downer is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead water infrastructure projects across Logan, based in Beenleigh. You will organize crews, coordinate subcontractors and keep the project moving to deliver major water and wastewater works.

Based on site, you’ll manage day-to-day activities, monitor safety, quality and productivity, and work with Supervisors and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong site standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or within construction supervision.
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors in a site environment.
• Strong knowledge of site safety, environmental requirements and quality control.
• Confidence coordinating works, resources and construction activities.

Step up and take the lead on water infrastructure projects across Logan, running crews, solving problems & getting the job done right

Know how to run a good crew and keep a job moving? We're looking for an experienced Foreman to join the Logan Water team, delivering major water and wastewater projects across the region.

Based in Beenleigh, you'll be right where the work happens, organising crews, coordinating subcontractors and making sure the day runs as it should. When plans change or something unexpected comes up, you'll be the person bringing everyone together and finding the way forward.

There's plenty of work ahead, a strong team around you and the stability of a long-term partnership delivering infrastructure the Logan community relies on every day.
