Job summary

Pinaka Technology Solutions Pty Ltd is supporting the Australian Defence Force in Russell, ACT, onsite, for a Force Design and Strategy Support role within the LC4ISREW framework. This contract expects alignment with Defence priorities and secure operations.

The position involves developing strategy, performing high‑level analysis, and coordinating dependencies across the LC4ISREW program, with flexible working considerations and a 12‑month initial term.

Qualifications

• Active Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance (or higher) required.
• Experience with defence programs, force design, or concept development.
• Excellent MS Office, databases, and information systems knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information from military personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of LC4ISREW Program strategy and planning products.
• Support Director LC4ISREW in concepts of operation and employment documents.
• Provide force design and strategic analysis to support informed decision making.
• Coordinate capability planning documentation to ensure coherence with Army priorities.
• Align LC4ISREW capabilities with Army's future force design priorities.
