Job summary

Defence Australia is seeking a professional contractor to support Force Design and Strategy across the LC4ISREW program. You will assist in strategic planning, contribute to capability design concepts, and provide specialised analysis to support informed decisions by the LC4ISREW Director.

The role requires active Negative Vetting Level 1 or higher clearance and is based onsite at Russell Offices, Russell, ACT with flexible work arrangements and standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic planning products.
• Experience translating Defence direction into Capability design.
• Strong analytical and communications skills for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work across integrated force objectives and Army priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of LC4ISREW Program strategy and planning outputs.
• Support LC4ISREW Director in concepts of operation and employment inputs.
• Provide force design and strategic analysis expertise for informed decision-making.
