Chandler Macleod is seeking a Delivery project Support Officer for a 12-month assignment with potential extension in Canberra. You will support the LC4ISREW Directorate with strategic planning, force design and capability integration for Army capability programs.
The role involves analysing strategic guidance, developing concepts of operation, and providing high-quality advice to senior Defence stakeholders.
This Federal Government agency is responsible for protecting and advancing national security interests through the management of defence policy, strategy, and operations. It oversees the development and delivery of complex defence capabilities, including advanced maritime, land, and aerospace programs, while coordinating with domestic and international partners.

The Land Command, Control, Communications and Computing (Land C4) Program and the Land Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare (LISREW) Program sit within the LC4ISREW Directorate of Army Headquarters.
These programs are responsible for delivering and sustaining critical command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and electronic warfare capabilities that enable situational awareness, information superiority and informed decision-making across the Agency.
Working within the Capability Management Office (CMO), you will support strategic planning, governance, capability development, and force design activities that contribute to Army's future capability and integrated force objectives.
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Force Design and Strategy Support Specialist to support the Director LC4ISREW in strategic planning, force design, capability integration and future capability development activities.
You will play a key role in analysing strategic guidance, assessing capability dependencies, supporting force design initiatives, and providing high-quality advice that informs future Army and Defence capability decisions.
This position is ideal for someone with Defence capability, force design, systems integration, communications, ICT, or strategic planning experience who enjoys working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced Defence environment.
