Job summary

Department of Defence, Land Capability Division, Russell ACT, seeks a Capability Development Support professional with NV1+ clearance to support LC4ISREW and LAND 4140 teams. Location is Russell Offices, with flexible working determined by the Entity and security requirements.

12-month base with extensions possible; up to 40 hours weekly. The role requires governance support, information management, and coordination across multiple stakeholders in Defence ICT and capability development.

Qualifications

• Active Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance (or higher).
• Experience coordinating governance artefacts and records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information flows across the LAND 4140 Development Team and manage records.
• Coordinate tasking and governance artefacts and briefing materials.
• Support governance forums, boards and committees and minutes management.
• Maintain repositories and ensure auditability and compliance with Defence information management requirements.
• Coordinate routine administrative activities within the LAND 4140 Development Team.
