Job summary

JD Sports Logan in Brisbane is seeking an energetic Department Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will lead your department, maintain merchandising and visual standards, and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role is rostered Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times; you’ll gain product knowledge, drive store performance, and actively support management to deliver great in-store experiences.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience within retail or like industry.
Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
Positive attitude with capacity to create a motivating environment for the team.
Excellent time management to ensure daily priorities are executed on time.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time.
Support and guide team to deliver exceptional service and a service-over-task environment.
Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for the department.
Support management team to improve financial performance within the department.
Work with back-of-house to ensure product availability.
Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.
