Job summary

RSL LifeCare in Dungog is seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to support our aged care homes, delivering high quality meals and friendly service to residents and visitors.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and catering team, ensuring meals meet dietary needs, and maintaining Food Safety Standards while keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

• Work closely with the catering team and the Head Chef to provide high quality catering services for residents and their visitors Comply with Food Safety Standards Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment; dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen, equipment and dining areas
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors Serve residents meals and snacks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience
