Job summary

RACV Goldfields Resort in Victoria is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants with an RSA certificate to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will deliver high-quality service across outlets, from conferences to casual dining, and help create memorable experiences for guests.

Applicants should be able to work 3–5 shifts weekly, including evenings and weekends, with the potential for ongoing training, career development, and staff rewards in a supportive RACV environment.

• Experience in a customer-focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service.
• Love of hospitality and delivering great service.
• Excellent communication and bright, friendly personality.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants, to join our professional team to deliver a high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive ‘can do’ attitude and a helpful approach.

In the role, you’ll have the opportunity to experience working across all our outlets with a broad range of service styles including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.

Key responsibilities will include

• Greeting customers
• Providing detailed menu knowledge & explanation
• Taking orders
• Communicating with the kitchen
• Set up & clearing of tables
• Interacting with guests

With rosters available two weeks in advance, our team's roster allows us to maintain consistency in our work schedules. Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week with evenings + weekends is ideal.

What you’ll need to be successful

• Previous experience working in a customer focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service
• A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
• Current VIC RSA Certificate
• Exceptional communication skills with a bright & friendly personality
• The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team
