Levantine Hill Estate in the Yarra Valley is expanding with a brand-new kiosk. We’re seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead this space and deliver outstanding guest experiences across restaurant, cellar door, retail, and events.

You will mentor a team, uphold premium standards, and collaborate with management to showcase Levantine Hill wines and hospitality excellence.

Formación

• Current RSA Certificate.
• Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years’ experience in F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship (full working rights).
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day hospitality roster.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service and leading by example. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences across our restaurant, cellar door, retail, and event operations while helping to train, mentor, and coordinate team members.

You'll work closely with the management team to uphold outstanding service standards, support daily operations, and share your passion for premium food, wine, and hospitality.

You will bring:

• Current RSA Certificate
• Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years' experience in food and beverage operations
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A professional, positive, and hands-on approach
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship (full working rights)
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day hospitality roster
