Levantine Hill Estate in the Yarra Valley is expanding with a brand-new kiosk. We’re seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead this space and deliver outstanding guest experiences across restaurant, cellar door, retail, and events.

You will mentor a team, uphold premium standards, and collaborate with management to showcase Levantine Hill wines and hospitality excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Current RSA Certificate.
• Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years’ experience in F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship (full working rights).
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day hospitality roster.

Aufgaben

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and engaging manner.
• Supervise, support, and develop junior food and beverage team members.
• Host guests, manage reservations, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote and educate guests on Levantine Hill wines and experiences.
• Assist with cellar door operations and wine service.
• Support stock control and inventory management.
• Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the estate to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
