Job summary

The Star Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and support a dynamic team across our venues, including Fat Noodle and flagship outlets. You will mentor staff, ensure service standards, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership approach.

Join a vibrant, high-volume hospitality environment where you will oversee shifts, uphold safety and hygiene, manage cash and coordinate with the Venue Manager to achieve targets and deliver memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Exceptional guest service skills with proactive attitude.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours.
• NSW RSA Statement of Attainment required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large team on shift and assist with training, development and performance management
• Set daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standards
• Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
• Assist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targets
• Ensure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings, and ensure a smooth transition and handover between shifts
• Monitor the quality of food & beverages to service to ensure high standards are maintained
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materials
