Hilton in Perth is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and support Team Members, delivering seamless service that reflects Hilton's high standards. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a vibrant hotel environment.

Located in the Perth metropolitan area, this role offers hands-on leadership, opportunities for development, and a dynamic roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Australian working rights; sponsorship not offered.
• Based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance).
• Experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service skills with passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Confident in leading, motivating and supporting team members during busy service periods.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: support daily operations to ensure smooth service and brand standards.
• Team Leadership: supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Guest Experience Management: ensure personalized service, handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly.
• Inventory & Cost Control: monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs to optimise profitability.
• Sales & Revenue Support: drive upselling initiatives, monitor sales performance, support revenue targets.
• Compliance & Hygiene: ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
• Coordination & Communication: collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Food Safety Regulations: ensure all food safety standards are met.
