Job summary

Lasseters Hotel Casino in Alice Springs, NT is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. You will lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth service delivery across all F&B areas.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager, supervise shifts, train staff, manage rostering, and uphold food safety and workplace practices while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate II or III, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in a customer-service role.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership during shifts.
• Support staff training, coaching, and development.
• Maintain high service standards across F&B outlets.
• Assist rostering, labour control and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace practices.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B management for seamless service.
• Address guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
