Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney's The Dining Room is seeking a waiter to deliver luxury service in a harbour-side setting, ensuring guest satisfaction with a personal, attentive approach.

You will explain menu content and promotions, keep tables and dining areas clean and well prepared, and participate in a rotating roster with major dinner shifts, working as a team player with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage environment of a similar standard
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Current NSW RSA Certificate
• Well-presented and professional
• Able to work a rotating roster including dinner shifts

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage to guests with a friendly, professional, and attentive service
• Explain menu content, changes and promotions to guests
• Keep tables and dining areas clean, tidy and well prepared for service
