Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a skilled bartender to deliver luxury beverage service in a premier hotel environment. You will mix cocktails, propose beverage pairings, and work closely with the bar team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. A NSW RSA certificate and at least 1 year in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent food and beverage service skills.
• Bar/cocktail preparation experience preferred.
• Current NSW RSA certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with beverage recommendations in a friendly, professional manner.
• Mix and create cocktails and beverages promptly.
• Collaborate with bar team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Open and close the outlet, including mise en place.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation.

• Provide guests with recommendationsof beverages in a friendly and professional manner
• Able to mix and create cocktails/ beverages in a timely manner
• Works closely with other Bar employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the guest experience
• Assist in opening (including mise en place) setup and closing of the outlet and communicate the information necessary to ensure a smooth hand-over of shifts
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
