Job summary

Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to support Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner across Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. You will deliver memorable guest experiences on a rotating roster with a collaborative team.

We value friendly, positive energy, excellent presentation and communication. Experience in hospitality is helpful; a Victorian RSA certificate is required; ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, energetic disposition and guest-focused service.
• Experience in restaurant, bar or function space is advantageous.
• Victorian RSA certificate required; able to work in a 7-day roster.

• Demonstrating high standards of customer service
• Receiving orders and serving customer requests
• Understanding menu content, and any changes or promotional activations
