Job summary

Sheraton Melbourne Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences across dining and bar outlets. You will provide friendly, professional service, assist with opening/closing duties, and maintain hygiene standards throughout shifts.

The role requires RSA certification before start, 1–2 years F&B experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service in restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain clean, ready service areas.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness during service using clean-as-you-go practices.
• Monitor dining areas for guest comfort and safety; respond to requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Support other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs.
