• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menus and assisting with seating arrangements.
• Take orders accurately, describing menu items, suggesting specials and noting special requests and dietary requirements.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and to presentation standards across the bar, restaurant, room service, conferencing and events.
• Check in with guests regularly and address their requests and concerns.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen team, present bills and process payments accurately.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and restocked, following safety and hygiene protocols.
