• Current Victorian RSA certificate or willingness to obtain before starting.

Casual Food and Beverage Attendant, Rooftop, QT Melbourne

Perched above the city, our award winning Rooftop is where great views meet even better vibes. We're looking for a casual Food and Beverage Attendant with personality to burn, someone who can turn a simple drink order into a moment guests talk about long after they've left.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth, wit and a touch of the unexpected
• Take food and drink orders, offering recommendations and tailoring service to each guest
• Deliver food and beverages with polish, pace and attention to detail
• Keep the venue looking its best, from setting up and resetting tables to clearing and pre-shift prep
• Anticipate guest needs and go beyond the brief to create 'unexpected and unrequested' moments
• Work closely with the bar, kitchen and floor team to keep service smooth, even when the Rooftop is buzzing

What You'll Bring
