EVT Group is hiring a casual Food and Beverage Attendant for the Rooftop at QT Melbourne. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and deliver drinks and meals with polish in a premium, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage, bar or hospitality role, ideally in a high volume or premium venue.
• A current Victorian RSA certificate (or the willingness to obtain one before starting).
• Genuine passion for service, with a personality that shines.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Confidence on your feet, a calm head under pressure and a knack for reading the room.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth, wit and a touch of the unexpected.
• Take food and drink orders, offering recommendations and tailoring service to each guest.
• Deliver food and beverages with polish, pace and attention to detail.
• Keep the venue looking its best, from setting up and resetting tables to clearing and pre-shift prep.
• Anticipate guest needs and go beyond the brief to create 'unexpected and unrequested' moments.
• Work closely with the bar, kitchen and floor team to keep service smooth, even when the Rooftop is buzzing.
