EVT's QT Melbourne is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for a casual/part-time role in Melbourne. You will lead the Pascale restaurant team, ensure high service standards, train attendants, and manage rosters and opening/closing duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately, maintaining superior food and beverage service standards in the Pascale restaurant
• Supervise and coordinate a team of F&B Team Leaders and Attendants
• Train and develop food and beverage attendants of a lower grade
• Mix a range of sophisticated drinks, complying with hotel standards when producing and dispensing food and beverage products
• Manage rosters and timesheets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, keep areas stocked to par levels and complete assigned opening and closing duties
