Job summary

QT Melbourne is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the Pascale restaurant team on a casual or part-time basis. You will ensure outstanding service, supervise F&B team leaders and attendants, and support opening/closing duties in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.

You'll train staff, mix sophisticated drinks, uphold WH&S standards, manage rosters, and maintain par levels while delivering the QT guest philosophy of unexpected and unrequested delight.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of F&B service policies and procedures.
• Ability to train and coach a team in a hospitality setting.
• Experience mixing a range of drinks to hotel standards.
• Familiarity with WH&S guidelines and cashiering basics.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and attend to guests' needs immediately in Pascale restaurant.
• Supervise F&B Team Leaders and Attendants.
• Train and develop attendants of a lower grade.
• Mix a range of sophisticated drinks to hotel standards.
• Manage rosters and timesheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately, maintaining superior food and beverage service standards in the Pascale restaurant
• Supervise and coordinate a team of F&B Team Leaders and Attendants
• Train and develop food and beverage attendants of a lower grade
• Mix a range of sophisticated drinks, complying with hotel standards when producing and dispensing food and beverage products
• Manage rosters and timesheets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, keep areas stocked to par levels and complete assigned opening and closing duties
