Job summary

Wests Cardiff, part of the Wests Group, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant ready to take the next step into Supervisor shifts and leadership responsibilities. You’ll join a team serving guests with warmth, while building skills in leadership and guest experience.

In addition to regular dining service, you’ll step up into supervisory shifts, handle tills, and assist with menu questions. RSA is required, and Friday/Saturday night availability is preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, reliable, team-focused approach.
• Confidence to step up into Supervisor shifts.
• Availability Friday and Saturday nights, plus reasonable availability Tuesday to Thursday.
• Current RSA.

About the role

Wests Cardiff is home to T-Bones, our family-friendly restaurant known for char-grilled steaks, famous pork ribs and generous Mexican-inspired dishes. We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant who is ready to take the next step.

Alongside your regular Food & Beverage shifts, you’ll have the opportunity to step up and complete Supervisor shifts, building hands-on leadership experience while continuing to work alongside the team and deliver a great guest experience.

This is more than a standard Food & Beverage role. If you have solid restaurant experience and are ready for greater responsibility, this is a great opportunity to start building your leadership capability.

What you’ll be doing
