Doltone Hospitality Group is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants for its waterfront venue. You will deliver warm, attentive service across the bistro, alfresco areas and events, taking orders, processing payments and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and a proactive, team-focused attitude to work across both dining and events. A fast-paced environment offers varied, engaging days with great guest experiences.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or food service roles.
• Confident with POS systems and handling transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Flexible, team-oriented; willing to work across bistro and events.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail to create guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, attentive and efficient service across the bistro, alfresco dining, events and functions.
• Take orders, process payments and operate POS systems smoothly.
• Provide service through food delivery, running and table service.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests, answer inquiries and anticipate needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams for seamless service.

Doltone Hospitality Group is bringing its passion for exceptional food, beverage and guest experiences to a stunning waterfront venue in Sydney's St George area. As we take over the Food & Beverage operations, we're looking for enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team!

With a vibrant bistro and a growing calendar of events and functions, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering friendly, attentive and efficient food and beverage service across our bistro, alfresco dining areas, events and functions.
• Taking orders, processing payments and confidently operating POS systems to keep service running smoothly.
• Bringing service to life through food and beverage delivery, food running and table service.
• Keeping our dining spaces looking their best by clearing and resetting tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Engaging with guests, responding to enquiries and anticipating their needs to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Working closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service and create a great experience for every guest.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service, ideally within a busy bistro, restaurant, club or casual dining environment.
• Confidence using POS systems and accurately processing customer orders and transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
• A flexible, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to work across both bistro and events operations.
• A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating great guest experiences
