Job summary

Crystalbrook Sam, opening in Adelaide, invites hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage Supervisory team. You’ll lead on shift, coordinate breakfast or dinner service, and coach staff to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences.

You’ll collaborate with culinary and hotel teams to create seamless dining journeys and own shifts with a focus on quality and personal touch. We seek leaders who thrive in luxury hospitality, value guest satisfaction, and are excited to grow with

As we prepare to open our doors in Adelaide, we have three exciting opportunities for Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our opening team.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who lead by example, thrive on the energy of service and are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Whether you are an experienced Supervisor or a confident team leader ready for more, this is an opportunity to grow, contribute and help shape something special from the very beginning.

The Opportunity

Working alongside our Food & Beverage leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences within breakfast, conferencing or dinner service.

You will bring confidence to the floor, energy to the team and an instinctive understanding of what makes great hospitality feel effortless.

Your Contribution Will Include

• Lead from the floor, inspiring your colleagues to deliver warm, intuitive and memorable guest experiences
• Coordinate daily restaurant operations across breakfast or dinner service, maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards
• Support, coach and motivate team members, building confidence, capability and a strong sense of team
• Anticipate guest needs, personalise interactions and turn everyday moments into exceptional experiences
• Bring ideas, initiative and a fresh perspective to the way we work and engage with our guests
• Work closely with the culinary and broader hotel teams to create seamless and engaging dining experiences
• Take ownership of your shifts, balancing operational efficiency with the personality and attention to detail that define luxury hospitality

More About You

You are passionate about hospitality, naturally engaging and excited by the opportunity to develop your leadership career.

We would love to hear from you if you bring:

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or in a demonstrated step-up leadership role
• Experience within a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or high-end hospitality venue
• A genuine passion for food, beverage and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Confidence in leading a shift, supporting colleagues and making thoughtful decisions during service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with both guests and your team
• An eye for detail, a proactive approach and the confidence to respond creatively to guest expectations
• Ambition to develop your skills, embrace new challenges and build a rewarding hospitality career
• A current South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, or the ability to obtain one before commencing
• Flexibility to work across breakfast and/or dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
