Bells at Killcare in NSW seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations across the Wildflower Bar & Dining and Bells Bakery, ensuring seamless service in a high-volume, multi-outlet setting.

You will motivate and develop the team, uphold exceptional customer service, and drive day-to-day hospitality excellence across events, conferences and daily dining.

Bells at Killcare, a 29-room luxury property located in a stunning coastal setting, located just 90 minutes north of Sydney. The role involves leading operations across the Wildflower Bar & Dining (open seven days for breakfast & dinner and Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch) and Bells Bakery.

Key responsibilities

Lead from the front in a high-volume, high-quality multi-outlet operation with a hands-on style

Motivate, train and develop the team

Be involved in all facets of day-to-day operations - restaurant, events, weddings and conferences

Maintain exceptional customer service standards

Manage attention to detail across all operations

About you

Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a similar high-volume, high-quality multi-outlet operation

Amazing customer service skills with a bright and friendly demeanor

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation

Ability to understand and implement company goals and direction

A strong knowledge of food & beverage trends
