Job summary

Gillian Adams Salon, Spa & Dining in Sydney seeks a front-of-house professional to deliver refined dining experiences across breakfast, lunch, high tea and our extensive cocktail/wine offerings. You will also showcase coffee and artisanal tea expertise, ensuring every guest enjoys an elevated and memorable visit.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in high-end service, RSA certification, and a polished, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in high-end restaurant, bar, or café service.
• RSA certification required; Barista experience a bonus.
• Impeccable presentation and customer service skills.
• Full-time availability preferred; Friday and Saturday daytime service required.
• Positive, collaborative attitude for a spa and dining environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in high-end restaurant, bar, or café service. Experience in supervisory or management roles is highly desirable but not essential.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including fine wine and cocktail pairing. RSA required. Barista experience an advantage.

• Professionalism: Impeccable presentation, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.

• Flexibility: Full-time availability is ideal. Friday and Saturday daytime service availability is required.

• Teamwork: A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic spa and dining environment.
