Tradewinds Hotel in East Fremantle is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations and drive profitability. You will report to the General Manager and act as the face and voice of our dining offerings, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with culinary colleagues to refresh menus while ensuring safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage management (minimum 3-5 years).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry practices.
• Budget management and financial acumen.
• A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

Situated on the picturesque Swan River the Tradewinds Hotel is an iconic venue in East Fremantle, a stone's throw from the vibrant streets of Fremantle.

As Food and Beverage Manager, you'll have the responsibility of being the face and voice of our wonderful food and beverage offering. Reporting to the General Manager this position is responsible for operating and managing the food and beverage department and personnel and to maximise the profitability of the business.
