Qualifications

• Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet setting.
• Strong product knowledge across food and beverage, including cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and attend to guest needs immediately.
• Supervise, train and coordinate food and beverage attendants.
• Manage rosters and timesheets, ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Mix a range of sophisticated cocktails and beverages.
• Protect and maintain all operating equipment.
