Aa Appointments is seeking a General Manager to lead a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Perth CBD. Report to Regional Leadership, you will own overall hotel performance, drive revenue and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, manage budgets, and partner with owners and stakeholders to sustain market leadership in Perth’s luxury hospitality scene.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager within a luxury or premium hotel environment.
• Minimum three years' experience in a comparable leadership role.
• Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, including Front Office, Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing and Finance.
• Demonstrated success driving top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
• Advanced revenue management knowledge with the ability to maximise commercial performance.
• Proven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Sound commercial judgement and strategic thinking.

THE ROLE
