Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking Food and Beverage Attendants for Yarrambat Park Golf Course. Casual positions require high levels of customer service, with weekend availability and RSA qualification or willingness to obtain it. Roles include cafe service, cash handling, and promoting centre programs.

Responsibilities cover cafe presentation, order processing via POS, and consistent health and safety adherence. Training offered, with mornings/evenings and weekend shifts to fit busy periods.

Qualifications

• RSA qualification required or willing to obtain.
• First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and CPR certification.
• Food Handlers Qualification and Police Check.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.

The Role

Our Food and Beverage Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. We have multiple casual positions available with weekend availability required.

You will need to have your RSA qualification or be willing to obtain it.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promotethe centre's services and programs to our patrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
