The role requires proven hospitality customer service experience, knowledge of table service, beverages, event service, and coffee crafting, with flexible availability across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of table service, beverages, events and coffee crafting is valued.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• RSA certification or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for guests.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
