Job summary

Soul Origin in Sydney is hiring Customer Service Team Members to ensure each guest leaves smiling and confident in the Soul Origin experience. You will wear the Soul Origin uniform with pride and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment.

Customer Service Team Members:

You’ll be responsible for:

• Giving our Soul Origin customers an excellent customer service experience.
• Assisting customers with any questions or queries.
• General cleaning duties.

To be successful you’ll have:

• An approachable demeanour and good communication skills
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
• Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
• An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• A flexible approach to work – at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers! You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
• Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience
