Job summary

Soul Origin in Sydney invites applications for Customer Service Team Members. You will deliver an excellent customer service experience, help customers with queries, and support store operations including stock, opening/closing, cleaning, and basic food preparation.

The role requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, plus a keen eye for detail, cash handling skills, and food safety knowledge. Prior fast food experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Good attention to detail and cash handling skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexible approach to work – assist with stock, opening/closing, cleaning and basic food prep.
• Preferred: 6 months fast food or restaurant experience.
