Job summary

Soul Origin is seeking a Back of House Training Specialist to train and develop stores across Australia. You will deliver tailored workshops, ensure SOP adherence, and support Franchise Partners with training programs.

Ideal candidates have BOH operations experience, training delivery ability, and a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain) with a valid driver’s licence. Competitive salary with travel allowances and an extra birthday day off are included.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored workshops and training to back of house team members on Soul Origin operating procedures
• Visit Soul Origin stores across the network to provide best-in-class back of house training to team members and Franchise Partners
• Collaborate with the Retail Training Team Leader to create and roll out SOPs, training collateral and online modules across the network
• Ensure in-store BOH team members understand and adhere to Soul Origin SOPs and training standards
• Ensure minimum food safety standards are met and escalate concerns when needed
• Follow safe working procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & experience

Intermediate experience in BOH Operations

Experience providing training to BOH team members

Possession of a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or willingness to obtain

Must have a current unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Tasks & responsibilities

Provide tailored workshops and training to back of house team members on Soul Origin operating procedures

Visit Soul Origin stores across the network as directed and provide best-in-class back of house training to team members and Franchise Partners

Collaborate with the Retail Training Team Leader to ensure back of house training, support, collateral and online modules are created and rolled out and implemented effectively across the network

Ensure all back of house team members in-store are understanding of, and adhering to Soul Origin standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training standards

Ensure minimum food safety standards are adhered to in the Soul Origin back of house function, **escalate** any matters of concern to the appropriate person where required

Adhere to all safe working procedures and regulatory requirements in accordance with procedures and work instructions
