Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is opening November 2026 in Sydney's Bondi, bringing vibrant bars, dining, immersive entertainment and social experiences. As Front of House Manager you will lead all bars, dining and events to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival.

You will build a high-performing team, optimise rostering and labour costs, ensure food safety and licensing compliance, and partner with venue leaders to deliver memorable events in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development focus.
• Experience managing labour, stock control and operational performance.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and hospitality compliance.

This is more than a Front of House Manager role. It's an opportunity to help launch one of Australia's most exciting new entertainment venues and create guest experiences people will remember.

As our Front of House Manager, you'll lead all food and beverage operations across bars, dining and events, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, driving service excellence and creating an energetic, guest-focused culture in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
