Job summary

Ridley Corporation Ltd is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our supply chain team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, support stocktakes and provide reporting and analysis to drive operational decisions.

Ideal candidates will have FMCG experience, strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems, and be able to prioritise across competing demands while collaborating with production and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Previous FMCG experience — essential.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control or inventory coordination.
• Experience investigating stock variances, completing reconciliations and supporting stocktakes.
• Experience in production, manufacturing or operational administration and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Experience using inventory management, production or ERP systems.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, investigate discrepancies and complete stock reconciliations.
• Stocktakes and controls: Coordinate stocktake activities, analyse variances and work with relevant teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Production support: Maintain production records, prepare reports and provide administrative support to production operations.
• Reporting and analysis: Use Microsoft Excel and business systems to analyse data, identify trends and support operational decision‑making.
• Purchasing and consumables: Order approved production and site consumables to support day‑to‑day operational requirements.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, reporting and operational processes.
• Safety and quality: Follow site procedures and support compliance with Ridley’s safety, quality and operational requirements.
