Job summary

Ridley Australia is seeking an Inventory Controller to join our Narangba site in Queensland. You will maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock variances and provide timely operational reporting to support production and procurement. The role requires strong data skills, attention to detail and collaborative teamwork across site functions. This is a hands-on, fast-paced FMCG environment with focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, stock control or inventory coordination.
• Experience investigating stock variances and reconciliations.
• Experience in production, manufacturing or operational administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements.
• Coordinate stocktakes and analyse variances to resolve issues.
• Maintain production records and provide reporting support to production operations.
• Use Excel and business systems to analyse data and support decisions.
• Order approved production and site consumables to meet daily needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and processes.
• Follow site safety, quality and operational requirements.
