Job summary

Ridley Australia is seeking a Warehouse & Quality Officer to support daily quality, warehouse and administrative functions across the site. You will work closely with Production Managers, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes HACCP, SOP maintenance, and continuous improvement, with a focus on stock management, audits, and staff training. A strong admin background and experience in FMCG are highly valued.

Qualifications

• HACCP understanding is required.
• Strong admin skills with MS365 and Office.
• Detail-oriented with clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders in operations.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with MRP2 or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support site quality administration activities.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, environmental and safety documentation.
• Support production teams to meet targets (Right First Time, DIFOT, OEE).
• Assist weighbridge, material receivals and stock management processes.
• Ensure staff follow safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Participate in customer complaint investigations.
