Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking experienced Store Leaders to drive high-performing teams in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment. You will support the Store Manager by owning admin and compliance, rostering departments and keeping the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

We look for leaders who motivate teams, drive sales, control stock and labour, coach staff and ensure WHS and food safety standards are met, while maintaining superb visual and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded).
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding service
• Driving sales, margin, stock control and labour performance
• Coaching and developing team members and future leaders
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standards
• Maintaining high visual, quality and presentation standards
