Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking Store Leaders to support the Store Manager by owning admin and compliance, rostering departments and keeping the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

You will lead teams, drive sales and stock control, coach future leaders and uphold WHS, food safety and presentation standards in a fast-paced fresh-food environment. Experience in retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded).
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front.
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement.
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities.
• Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement.
