Job summary

Harris Farm Markets in NSW is seeking Store Leaders to support the Store Manager by owning admin and compliance, roster throughout departments, and keep the back‑office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

You will lead and motivate high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, fresh‑food environment, drive customer experience, manage stock, and uphold WHS and company standards while modelling our values every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fresh food retail environment.
• Customer-centric approach with hands-on leadership.
• Able to coach and develop team members and future leaders.
• Strong communicator with ability to build trust and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding service
• Driving sales, margin, stock control and labour performance

• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standards
• Maintaining high visual, quality and presentation standards
• Running the store in the absence of the store manager
