Job summary

The Wilton, a new Feros Group venue, is recruiting for a front of house role. You’ll welcome guests, seat diners, take orders and process payments, while ensuring a warm, efficient guest experience.

You’ll prepare beverages, clear and reset tables, maintain glassware, and support RSA compliance. Availability on weekends, nights and public holidays is essential for gaming and non-gaming duties.

Qualifications

• Current RSA certificate – mandatory requirement.
• Current RCg – gaming positions only.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously and on a flexible roster.
• Available to work weekends, nights, and public holidays.

The Role

As part of our front of house team, you’ll be the face of The Wilton — welcoming guests, creating memorable moments, and bringing the venue to life.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Preparing beverages and cocktails
• Washing and restocking glassware
• Monitoring RSA and supporting responsible service
• Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts(Gaming roles only)

Specialized Gaming or Bar & Cocktail roles require prior experience.

What is needed to be successful in this role?

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)- Mandatory requirement
• Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) – Gaming positions only
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
• Ability to work a flexible roster
• Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency

Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
