Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking a Training Planning Analyst Flight Crew to manage the planning and operational environment for the Training Scheduling team. You will act as a SME, training Coordinators on awards, legislations and department procedures while supporting busy training periods across the Qantas Group.

The role requires knowledge of Crew Planning processes, CASA regulations, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Minimum 2 years in crew planning or operations.
• Understanding of Australian industrial framework, CASA regulations and EBA interpretation.
• Thrives in a collaborative team; can work calmly under pressure.
• Flexible to meet operational needs and adapt workflows.
• Analytical thinker with ability to make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and operations for the Training Scheduling team.
• Provide training and guidance to Coordinators on awards and procedures.
• Support periods of high training volume and liaise with stakeholders across Qantas.
• Ensure adherence to department procedures and regulatory guidelines.
