Job summary

The role sits in Workforce Planning and requires collaboration across teams to maintain optimal training throughput.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and experience with training systems such as Jeppesen or ARMS.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business or Logistics related field (desirable).
• Knowledge of CASA regulations and Australian industrial framework (desirable).
• Experience with Training Systems such as Jeppesen and ARMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Replan, monitor and amend Flight Crew training schedules and related logistics.
• Develop practical recovery plans for disrupted rosters.
• Produce rosters that align with the training program and aircraft schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, industrial and company policies.
