Northern Territory Government is seeking a skilled workforce strategist to join the DCDD Workforce Strategy Team. You will help shape evidence-based workforce solutions, support government agencies with planning, and contribute to strategic projects in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

You will engage with executives, prepare briefs, and communicate findings clearly while benefiting from a generous leave entitlement and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting projects, programs or initiatives in a complex organisational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
• Ability to provide advice, interpret information and present findings to diverse audiences, including executives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability.
• Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.
